Artisan Neuromuscular & Sports Therapy E-Gift Card Policy and Redemption Process

Purchase: E-gift cards can be purchased through our online platform at https://squareup.com/gift/F9W327C3HT5T2/order
The E-Gift Card will be sent to the recipient's email address provided during the purchase process.
If you would like to receive a paper gift card, you can purchase an e-gift card and send it to yourself to print out.
Value and Services: The E-Gift Card holds a specific value that can be used towards any services offered at Artisan Neuromuscular & Sports Therapy. The value of the E-Gift Card is as purchased and does not expire. The following services can be redeemed with the corresponding E-Gift Card values:
- $135: 60 Minutes Full Body Massage
- $185: 90 Minutes Full Body Massage
- $155: 60 Minutes Full Body Massage plus a $20 Gratuity
- $215: 90 Minutes Full Body Massage plus a $30 Gratuity

Redemption: To redeem your E-Gift Card, please follow the steps below:
a. Email us at cmt.jesse@gmail.com with the subject line "E-Gift Card Redemption".
b. In the body of the email, please include the E-Gift Card code and the service you wish to book with the date and time, name, last name, and cell phone number.
c. Our team will verify the E-Gift Card and confirm the booking details via email.
Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking your session in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in deducting the session value from your E-Gift Card.
Non-Refundable: E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost E-Gift Card: If you lose your E-Gift Card code, please get in touch with us immediately. We can reissue the E-Gift Card to the original email address.
